Deductible
A deductible payment of $290.00 plus transportation freight is required for each claim made from the 3rd year to the 5th year.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact XRD Dental Support: Reach out via phone or email to get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Provide Details: Describe the issue and provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
- Pay Deductible: Pay the $290.00 deductible and the return freight for the claim.
- Repair Process: Ship the device to XRD Dental Equipment service center.
Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner if the device is sold.
- Transportation freight.
Terms & Conditions
- The extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The warranty is void if the device is used outside of its intended purpose or specifications.
- All repairs must be performed by XRD Dental Equipment.
- This warranty applies exclusively to the XRD 70 (RAY98-P) portable X-ray - both Human Use and Veterinary Use versions.
