XRD Ultra Extended Care Plan

Plan Coverage

• Impact Damage: Coverage for accidental drops or impact-related damage.
• Manufacturer Defects: Repairs or replacements for issues caused by manufacturing defects.
• Battery and Charger: Full coverage for the battery and charger associated with the equipment.
• Loaner Unit: In the event your equipment requires servicing, XRD Dental will dispatch a loaner unit at no additional charge via UPS 2-Day shipping.

Equipment Covered

The Ultra Care Plan is available for the following portable dental X-ray units (one unit per agreement):

Service Process

• Contact XRD Dental at info@xrddental.com to initiate the service process.
• A loaner unit will be dispatched only after the defective unit is received by XRD Dental.
• Customer is responsible for safe packaging and shipping of the equipment to XRD Dental.
• XRD Dental is responsible for the UPS Ground return freight.

Exclusions

• Intentional abuse, neglect, or improper use of the equipment.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Renewal & Cancellation

• This plan will automatically renew annually unless the customer provides written notice of cancellation to info@xrddental.com at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• XRD Dental reserves the right to terminate the plan if intentional abuse or misuse is identified.

Terms & Conditions

• Coverage is valid only for the equipment listed and registered under this plan.
• XRD Dental is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond its control.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as the exclusive remedy.
• Claims must be made within the active coverage period.
• XRD Dental reserves the right to update terms annually with at least 60 days advance notice.
